INGREDIENTS
Glass: coupe
Method: shake & fine strain
50 ml: Empotrador
30 ml: fresh lime juice
15 ml: Cointreau
10 ml: homemade ginger syrup
4 drops: foam/vegan foamer
Garnish: Angostura bitterheart/orange zest
Shake all ingredients and fine strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass. Put 3 dashes of Angostura bitters in one line and swipe with a cocktail pick to make 3 hearts then put a nice orange zest on the rim of the glass.
Daiquiri
INGREDIENTS
Glass: coupe
Method: shake & fine strain
60 ml: Empotrador
30 ml: fresh lime juice
15 ml: simple syrup
Garnish: lime wedge
Pour all ingredients into your Boston shaker, shake for about 8/10 seconds then fine strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass.
Light & Stormy
INGREDIENTS
Glass: high ball
Method: built
50 ml: Empotrador
5 ml: fresh lime juice
Top up: ginger beer
Garnish: Angostura bitters
Garnish: ½ lime & mint leaves
Pour 50 ml of Empotrador rum into a high ball filled with ice cubes and top up with your favorite ginger beer, garnish with ½ squeezed lime and some mint leaves. Add 2 dashes Angostura bitters at the end.
Ronnie’s winter special

Garnish: homemade coconut foam or whipped cream
50 ml: Empotrador
Glass of your favorite hot chocolate
Make some hot chocolate, how you like it. Pour 50 ml of Empotrador into your hot chocolate, then top up with our homemade coconut foam or regular whipped cream.
Coco Loco
INGREDIENTS

60 ml : Sparkling coconut water
40 ml : Cola
Caribbean Espresso Martini
INGREDIENTS

35 ml: Empotrador
35 ml: coffee liquor (Kahlûa or Marrakech)
10 ml: coconut syrup
1 shot: espresso
Pour all ingredients into your Boston shaker, shake for about 8/10 seconds then fine strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass.
Rum & tonic
INGREDIENTS
Glass: high ball
Method: built
50 ml: Empotrador
5-10ml: grapefruit juice
Top up: tonic (Seventeen or Fever Tree)
Garnish: grapefruit slice
Pour 50 ml of Empotrador rum into a high ball filled with ice cubes, add grapefruit juice and top up with your favorite tonic. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
Mojito
INGREDIENTS
Glass: high ball
Method: stir
30 ml: Empotrador
15 ml: fresh lime juice
2 tbsp: sugar
12: mint leaves
Top up: sparkling water
Garnish: mint leaves & slice of lime
Place mint leaves, sugar and lime juice into a glass. Use a muddler to crush everything. Fill the glass almost to the top with crushed ice. Pour in Empotrador and top up with sparkling water. Garnish with mint leaves and slice of lime.
